Job Description
Become a trusted Commercial Insurance Advisor with BrokerLink, focusing on small businesses. This role centers on personalized insurance solutions and expert customer engagement throughout a 35-hour work week.
As a key member of the Independent Business Unit (IBU) Service team, you will build strong relationships with clients while providing tailored insurance coverage. Key responsibilities include sales and customer service, needs assessments, and policy management, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sales and customer service for small business clients
• Conduct needs assessments and advise on insurance solutions
• Quote and sell new policies to new and existing clients
• Prepare documentation and process changes for clients
