Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC systems installation, ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes, manage jobsite productivity, and maintain a safe working environment.
Pay:$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Troy, OH 45373
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of HVAC installers and subcontractors on-site.
- Interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and mechanical plans to guide installation.
- Ensure HVAC system installation is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
