Key Responsibilities
Regional Commercial & Sales Leadership
Own and deliver revenue targets and KPIs, setting sound targets, territory plans, pricing strategies, and incentive structures aligned with commercial KPIs.
Build, lead, and coach high-performing regional sales organization, managing performance, forecasting, deal progression, strengthen key customer relationships to build long-term business.
Ensure sales execution complies with local medicinal, ethical, and promotional regulations.
Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives, including business planning, sales forecasting, and P&L tracking.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies to establish strong presence and ensure alignment between strategy and in-market execution.
