Commercial Deputy Director
This position will be based in Monterrey and will report to the Head of Distribution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading brokers / agents teams
- Strong relationships with Brokers and Clients in Monterrey
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Teamwork, negotiation skills, work under pressure, commitment, problem solving
- Outstanding level of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook capabilities
- Process optimization, good communication, proactive, ability to prioritize, client service
- Adequate control of financials / pipeline
- Able to operate within a fast-paced industry and be able to adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment
