An established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its tendering team based on the Central Coast.

Working closely with the Estimating Manager in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you will play a key role in securing and delivering successful commercial construction projects through accurate estimating, tender preparation, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cost plans and budgets for feasibility studies and concept designs.

• Prepare detailed Scope of Works documentation for subcontractor pricing.

• Conduct site inspections and liaise with consultants, stakeholders, and end users.

• Measure and prepare detailed estimates for tender submissions.

• Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing.

• Review and analyse subcontractor quotations during tender evaluation.
