Commercial Business Partner

Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to support our U.S.-based Advisory organization. This role provides financial partnership, commercial insights, and operational rigor to enable revenue growth and high quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial partner to Consulting principals and leaders, supporting revenue planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Support account planning, revenue achievement roadmaps, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Lead operational processes including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting.
• Support the implementation of sales tools, training programs, and process improvements to enhance execution quality.
• Partner closely with Consulting, Sales, Service Delivery, and Business Units to ensure aligned commercial execution.
