Commercial Assistant
Role
The Commercial Assistant will play a key role in supporting the commercial management of projects from pre contract stage through to final account. The successful candidate will assist with cost control, contract administration, commercial reporting and project documentation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements. This position offers exposure to a wide variety of commercial activities and would suit an organised individual looking to develop a long term career within a commercial or project based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings and undertake site visits where required
- Assist with the preparation and submission of valuations and applications for payment
