Job Description
The role as a Repair Planner is to ensure that the customer receives a legendary customer service experience. The Repair Planner is responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of the company, supporting the collision shop and the achievement of total customer satisfaction. The Repair Planner may handle communication with the adjuster and customer regarding repairs and repair status of the vehicle. The incumbent helps to finalize the estimate to upload by identifying and mapping all the damages to be repaired and may be responsible to schedule sublets.
