The Wall Group, a division of WME Fashion, is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to support the Accounts Receivable and Finance teams. This role is responsible for managing outstanding receivables, maintaining accurate cash application records, and partnering with internal booking teams and external clients to ensure timely payment of invoices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a high volume of invoices across fashion, beauty, and production clients.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Collections
• Monitor and manage the AR aging report to identify overdue invoices
• Perform proactive collections outreach via email and phone to clients regarding outstanding balances
• Follow up on invoices with brands, production companies, agencies, and accounting teams
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and payment status
