This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The role involves tracking and managing overdue accounts, executing debt collection processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and resolving payment discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience with financial and billing software tools is a plus
- At least Senior Highschool Graduate or College Undergraduate/Graduate
- Must have at least 6 months proven BPO Collections Experience
