We are seeking a Collections Representative to join our team in a fully onsite position. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage inbound and outbound collection-related calls
+ Communicate professionally with customers regarding past-due accounts and payment arrangements
+ Maintain accurate account notes and update customer records
+ Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
+ Use Microsoft Office Suite to track, document, and manage account activity
+ Work closely with team members and internal departments to resolve account issues
Requirements
+ 1+ years of customer service experience required
+ Previous call center experience strongly preferred
+ Prior collections experience preferred
