Collections & Payments Specialist (Shift Flexible)

Globalport S is seeking a Collector in Iligan, Philippines. The Collector will be responsible for processing transactions and receiving payments accurately, whether in cash or through online applications. A crucial part of the role involves explaining payment terms and providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule is essential.
