Develop and implement effective collection strategies to control or minimize delinquency and charge-offs.
Monitor collection activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including FDCPA and UDAAP.
Analyze portfolio trends and prepare reports for senior management on collection performance and key risk indicators.
Collaborate with credit, risk, collection service providers and legal teams to resolve complex accounts and mitigate losses.
Utilize technology and data analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of collection processes.
**Pay Range for this role is - $120,000 - $130,000
Additional Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
