Collections Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Associate with strong experience in handling business loan accounts.

The Collections Associate is responsible for overseeing the collection of overdue accounts, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring proper documentation of all account activities.

The role involves consistent coordination with borrowers, agents, and clients to facilitate timely payments, address account-related inquiries, and resolve issues such as returned checks.

This position also entails encoding transactions in the LMS/system (debit and credit memos), preparing daily reports of returned checks based on bank data, and creating monitoring and collection-related reports.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a professional yet empathetic approach in handling borrowers and account concerns.
