Collection Representative (Aguascalientes)

We are currently looking for a Collection Representative to join our team in Aguascalientes.

• Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and customer.
• Researches and finds a solution for customer’s disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status.
• Maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
