**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**The Coding Quality Review Lead may assist with pulling random and focus review samples, reviewing medical records, monitoring, compiling and reporting out review results. The team lead may assist with providing auditor specific education and global coding education based on review findings and trends. The lead may be asked to perform coding quality reviews up to 50% of the time.**
