As the cockpit design team leader, you will supervise a diverse group, managing their design tasks to meet customer and technical specifications. Your role includes coordinating activities, delivering on time, and maintaining quality and costs. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and supporting project analysis and implementation.
