You arrive to a spotless, air‑conditioned 150,000 sq. ft. shop. After reviewing your work orders and production schedule, you study the latest drawings and GD&T callouts, select workholding, and stage tooling. A safe lift gets raw material to your machine. You set, touch off, produce a first article, verify every critical feature, and make smart offset/program edits. With the process locked, you run steady production—turning, facing, drilling, grooving, boring, and threading—while inspecting in process, documenting results, and communicating with programmers, engineers, and teammates.
