CNC Setter/Operator (weekend nights)

Position

CNC Setter/Operator (Weekend Nights) – Wigston (LE18). Friday – Sunday 17:45 – 05:45, 36 hours per week, full time, rotating shift after training. Pay £21.98 per hour (£15.70 per hour during initial training).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce high‑end aerospace components.
• Set up specific CNC machines, including milling or turning as required.
• Use micrometers to verify component dimensions against drawings.
• Maintain quality and production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a CNC setter/operator on milling or turning machines.
• Experience working with metal components.
• Proficient in using micrometers.
• Flexible to work a rotating weekend shift pattern.
