CNC Setter & Operator (Night Shift) Boksburg

Key Responsibilities: Set up CNC machines for production according to engineering drawings and job specifications. Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components. Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely. Perform machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production efficiency. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges. Conduct first-off and in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Identify machining defects and make necessary adjustments to prevent non-conforming products. Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues or breakdowns. Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
