CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in HEIDENHEIN controls to join our manufacturing team near Tecumseh, ON .

Pay - $36/hour

Shift - 3 Shift Rotational +OT

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using HEIDENHEIN controls (e.g., TNC 530, TNC 640)
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines as needed for testing and validation
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and machining strategies for efficient production
• Perform first‑off inspections and make necessary program adjustments to meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot machining issues, including tool wear, offsets and program errors
