CNC Programmer & Precision Setup Specialist

Responsibilities

• Programming & Setup: Loading NC programs (via G-code or CAM software) and aligning raw materials and jigs on Milling and Turning machines.
• Quality Assurance: Measuring finished parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet exact client specifications.
• Machine Maintenance: Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical CNC components to minimize downtime.
• Process Optimization: Collaborating with production teams to improve cycle times and reduce material defects.

Education

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
