Job Description
**Responsibilities:
**
Develop, prepare, and complete all Methods of Manufacture (MOM), including Bills of Materials (BOM) and process routings, to support the production of parts according to customer specifications and engineering drawings.
Create and maintain production prints using Adobe and SolidWorks software based on customer-supplied drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
Program and support CNC machines on the shop floor to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Work closely with machinists to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot CNC programming or machining-related issues.
Create, revise, and maintain process routings for new, recurring, and rework job orders based on production requirements, vendor input, and operational feedback.
