Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Clean and maintains machine, tooling, and parts to maintain equipment in optimal production condition清洁维护机床和工具在最优工作条件
+ 每人每班需要同时操作两台或以上机床，并保质保量完成生产任务
+ Works safety to prevent on the job injuries following all safety regulations
+ 遵守安全规则，安全工作避免受伤
+ Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability
+ 检查刀具是否需要更换
+ Observes machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining,using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.Adjust machine to control part process.
+ 使用卡尺，千分尺等检具测量加工件，并调整机床刀补确保加工尺寸在公差范围内
+ Inspects”first part”consults with quality assurance,and inspect work pieces throughout the production run,for out of tolerance maching.
+ 和品检一起首件检查，和规定检验频率检查确保加工尺寸在公差范围内
+ Exercises special care to ensure the machine is running correctly as damage to a machine may be costly.
