We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator III to join our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for producing machined parts by setting up computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The position is also accountable for maintaining quality and safety standards within the assigned work area and provides skilled support to all areas of the machine shop.
What you will do:
Proficiently operate and perform change-overs and set-up of all machines; Run multiple machines simultaneously while keeping all machines in the department operational and running efficiently. Select appropriate set-up tooling and fixtures for machines as needed; Adjust tooling and work off-sets and troubleshoot advanced and complex programs, and perform editing of current programs if needed.
