**Job Description**
The CNC Mill Operator sets up and operates CNC and conventional milling equipment to produce precision parts to exact specifications. This role loads and runs production lots, monitors machine performance, inspects parts during production, and maintains quality and safety standards in an industrial manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machining centers and conventional machines to run production lots of precision parts.
+ Load parts and monitor machine operations throughout the production run.
+ Inspect and monitor parts during production to ensure they meet required dimensions and tolerances.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
+ Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
