OverviewThe CNC Machining Manufacturing Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling production operations to ensure achievement of quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
This role leads teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency, optimal resource utilization, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee and ensure the proper operation of manufacturing processes, prioritizing work orders and ensuring their timely completion.
- Manage and develop personnel, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning) to ensure operational alignment.
