CNC Machinist/Programmer Lathe

We are seeking skilled and trainable CNC Machinists who are eager to contribute their experience—or expand their capabilities—in a collaborative, high-quality production environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines and machining centers (2–5 axis)


• Ensure proper tooling, offsets, and machine settings for accurate part production


• Troubleshoot basic machining issues to maintain quality and minimize downtime


• Produce low-volume, high-value components—typically 1 to 10 pieces per job
