Job Description

Roles

& Responsibilities / Job duties:
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating lathes machines

  • 5+ years of CNC experience

  • Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam & Esprit)
