Location: Southampton. Job Type: Temporary (minimum 6 months). Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00. Pay: Up to £19.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Our client, a well‑established and forward‑thinking manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join their team initially for 6-months but with the possibility of extension. This is a key role within the business, supporting the production of high‑quality components in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machine tools
- Load, prove, and run CNC programs accurately
- Set cutting tools and establish tool and workpiece datums
- Monitor tool condition and carry out basic tool maintenance as required
- Perform self‑inspection of finished components against engineering drawings and customer specifications
