Take charge as a CNC Machinist and Shop Leader in our Metal Business Unit. This role combines programming, machining, and team leadership in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
As a CNC Supervisor, your technical skills will be key in programming CNC mills and lathes while guiding local machinists and operators. You will also address quality and production issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Collaborate with your team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
