Job Description
**NOW HIRING: CNC Machine Operator**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machines including twin spindle, turret-style, 11-axis mill/lathe combination equipment.
+ Run 1–2 machines simultaneously depending on part complexity.
+ Make offset adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
+ Perform tooling changes and basic troubleshooting during production.
+ Work from blueprints and specifications to ensure part accuracy.
+ Maintain extremely tight tolerances (±0.0001 to ±0.0005).
+ Support high-mix, low-volume production with frequent job changeovers.
+ Collaborate with team members and report to Night Shift Lead.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience operating CNC machines, with lathe experience strongly preferred.
+ Ability to make offsets and perform tooling adjustments independently.
+ Strong understanding of machining fundamentals and blueprint reading.
