CNC Lathe Programmer / Set Up

Responsibilities

• Program and set‑up jobs according to customer requirements.
• Set‑up machines with minimal supervision.
• Perform and document Final Acceptance Inspection (FAI) packages in accordance with AS9100 standards.
• Use Mazak Turning Centres and Mazak Milling Centres (3‑ to 5‑axis) effectively.
• Operate G‑Code and Mazatrol controls for machine programming.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machining experience, with at least 5 years handling Mazak machine lines preferred.
• Proficiency with Mazak Turning Centres and Mazak Milling Centres (3‑ to 5‑axis).
• Experience with G‑Code and Mazatrol controls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience completing FAI packages in an AS9100 environment is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
