**Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator (1st Shift) | WEEKLY PAY**

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC lathe operator to advance into high-level CNC machining, including learning setups and programming. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, receive hands-on training on advanced equipment, and develop skills in measurements and blueprint reading while working on a variety of machining projects on a consistent first-shift schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC lathes safely and efficiently on a daily basis.
+ Learn and perform basic to intermediate machine setups under guidance.
+ Assist in programming CNC equipment as training progresses.
+ Operate CNC mills as needed to support production requirements.
+ Work with specific CNC equipment, including Mori Seiki lathes and other shop machinery.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to produce accurate parts to specification.
