CNA Care Navigator: Resident Well-Being

PACS Group, Inc. in Colombia seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents according to care plans. You will identify residents by wristband or photo ID, assist with meals, and document observations as directed by nursing staff.

You will report changes in residents’ condition, maintain confidentiality, and support residents with daily activities while ensuring their safety and comfort. CPR certification is preferred.
