- Maintain and update the CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint, IdHammer, etc.)
- Create, assign, and close work orders while ensuring data accuracy
- Generate maintenance reports and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance)
- Train staff on CMMS usage and best practices
