We are hiring for Cluster Manager for Nanded location
Work Experience required - 5-7 years in relevant field
Educational qualifications - Engineering / Agri Sciences Graduate / PG
Key Purpose :
Manage the warehouse operations at cluster level and provide direction and support to the warehouse teams while managing the operations effectively and efficiently from time and cost perspective
Key responsibilities involved :
1. Aggregation Planning & Readiness
- Prepare aggregation plan for each Biomass Bank, aligned with sales and purchase requirements
- Conduct Aggregation Readiness Reviews, ensuring availability and preparedness of:
- Farmers and acres
- Aggregation partners
- Tractors, drivers, and field resources
- Develop and maintain a 12-week rolling aggregation plan (Biomass, FOM & Other Bio Products)
