Cluster Accounting Manager (Xico)

The Cluster Accounting Manager is a key finance leadership role responsible for the timely closure of books, accurate financial reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting operations for the assigned cluster. This role directly leads and manages the accounting team, ensures compliance with statutory and group requirements, and acts as a primary point of contact for senior finance stakeholders across the region.

• Own and ensure the timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close for assigned entities.
• Review and approve Balance Sheet, P&L, accruals, SG&A, and budget variance analyses.
• Ensure high‑quality financial reporting in line with IFRS / local GAAP and group policies.
• Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews, ensuring integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and issue resolution.
