The primary purpose of this position is: to direct, manage, and supervise the operation of the club complex in support of the installation commander's quality of life program. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the club complex, ensuring that activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Evaluates past financial performance, historical trends, and program requirements to prepare realistic short- and long-range operating budgets. Performs second level supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the installation club complex with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
