Job Summary
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the golf club's food and beverage operations, including the clubhouse restaurant, bar, banquet facilities, huts, and functions. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, profitability, and compliance with food safety standards.
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the golf club.
- Ensure exceptional service standards for members, guests, tournaments, and special events.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other department heads to ensure smooth operations.
