- As the face of the club experience, our Club Associates are the first and most consistent point of contact for our members.
- Our Club Associates set the tone for everything we do.
- From walking a new member through enrollment, patiently and carefully resolving a billing question, and crafting a beautiful espresso or smoothie at our Coffeebar.
- This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every interaction feel personal and seamless.
