Responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Cloud Specialist is responsible for providing cloud consultancy, solution design, and architecture expertise to support the sales lifecycle for cloud services and hybrid infrastructure solutions.

This role works closely with the Solutions Manager—Cloud, delivery, and partner teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored cloud solutions and articulate the value proposition of the company’s cloud offerings. The Cloud Specialist plays a key role in customer engagement, proposal development, proof‑of‑concept delivery, and technical presentations to ensure successful outcomes.
