Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking an MSP Support Engineer in Malaysia to act as the first point of contact for Nasstar NGMS customers via calls, live chat, and portal communications. You will validate issues, triage, and advise users through features, working toward first-contact resolution.

The role requires ITIL qualifications with cloud and MS 365/Azure experience, customer facing skills, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced MSP environment.
