Cloud and Infrastructure Support Engineer

Engineer-Cloud & Infra Engg Area(s) of responsibility Role Overview We are hiring a L2 Wintel / Cloud Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows and Cloud infrastructure in a 24x7 operations environment . The role involves handling escalated incidents, maintaining system availability, and ensuring smooth IT operations across on-prem and cloud platforms. Required Skills Strong experience in Windows Server Administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure / O365 administration Experience in incident management and troubleshooting (L2 level) Understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Knowledge of backup, patch management, antivirus, VPM Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix/Azure Monitor – preferred) Basic scripting knowledge ( PowerShell – preferred ) Experience Level Mid Level
