We are currently seeking a bilingual Clojure Software Engineer, with advanced English skills (B2+) for a full-time position.
? What You'll Do
- Spend at least 75% of your time coding
- Own the full application lifecycle following a DevOps mindset (from design to production).
- Design and build scalable solutions using microservices and distributed systems.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members, especially around Clojure and best practices.
- Improve engineering standards across the team (testing, CI/CD, version control, deployment).
- Support hiring efforts by participating in interviews as the team grows.
