Job Description
This position advances the university vision, mission, and strategic plan in relation to academic affairs activities leadership, and support for academic policy and procedure development and implementation for the Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology within the clinical settings.
Qualifications: 1.
Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy or a related Master's degree in an appropriate discipline.
2.
Licensed with clinical supervisory credentials as a Marriage and Family Therapist or Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California.
3.
Seasoned clinical experience in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy or Professional Clinical Counseling.
4.
Experience in speaking and teaching to groups of students.
5.
Skilled at facilitating communication across different community areas.
5.
Demonstrated team building and team leadership ability.
6.
Budget experience within organizations.
