**Position Overview**
ICF seeks an experienced **Clinical Technical Assistance** **Lead** to support nationwide technical assistance, training, and practice transformation initiatives designed to improve clinical quality, chronic disease outcomes, and the adoption of technology-enabled care models across healthcare organizations. The Clinical TA Lead serves as the senior clinical advisor for assigned projects and is responsible for ensuring the clinical integrity, quality, and relevance of technical assistance, training, tools, and resources. This individual provides subject matter expertise on evidence-based chronic disease management, clinical workflow redesign, practice transformation, quality improvement, and the integration of digital health technologies into care delivery.
