Responsibilities

• Manage a team of SLPs through regular one‑on‑one meetings focused on clinical coaching and mentorship
• Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including efficiency, quality of care, and documentation compliance
• Conduct evaluations and direct clinical sessions with an appropriate caseload to model clinical excellence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience Post‑Clinical Fellowship
• Previous leadership experience required
• ASHA Certified/Certificate of Clinical Competence
