Provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers. Build and maintains solid customer relationships and provides customer training at all levels. Is responsible for key customer reports as required to support products and service.
Qualifications
• B.S. in Nursing, Science or Technical Discipline
• 1 – 3 years experience in a technical support role or clinical specialist position is a plus.
• Prior experience with Computer Assisted Surgery is a plus.
• Operating room experience
