Clinical Resource Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse, licensed as an RN in California who will partner with our clinical leaders of our facilities in California. The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of experience as a Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing Care facilities, have a strong understanding of CMS and CDPH regulatory requirements, possess the capacity to lead staff and be willing to travel amongst the assigned facilities on a frequent basis.

The primary purpose of your job position is to coach the Directors of Nursing in your region toward clinical, cultural, and financial excellence through intentional leadership.
